SHE: Software Hardening Environment

Description
SHE (Software Hardening Environment) is a tool for developing fault-tolerant software. It makes it possible to design and implement software-based fault-tolerance techniques and apply them to programs automatically.
The hardening (protection) strategy relies on low-level (assembly) code transformation rules. Techniques can be applied selectively, protecting only the critical parts of the program: this reduces overheads and gives designers flexibility to balance the system's requirements.
It is cross-platform (tested on GNU/Linux and Windows).
Supported microprocessors
- Xilinx PicoBlaze 8-bit (KCPSM3)
- Xilinx PicoBlaze 8-bit (KCPSM6)
- Texas Instruments MSP430 16-bit
- Coming soon: ARM and RISC-V
